Renew Mental Health is a ministry of Shepherd Church that offers events, workshops and support groups for individuals struggling with mental health diagnoses, those supporting loved ones who live with mental health challenges and those who simply have questions about mental health and potential resources.

Renew support groups are offered twice monthly. This support group will gather twice a month, with meeting times that rotate between Tuesday nights at 7pm and Thursday nights at 6pm. 

You can expect a calm environment with helpful and informative sessions that offer insight on various mental health topics for both individuals struggling and those supporting a loved one. All are welcome!

The purpose of these gatherings are to provide support and information in a caring environment in Christ’s love. It is not intended to diagnose or replace treatment such as medication or therapy.
